EmailMachines works with any sequencer or email client. We provide one-click CSV export formatted for Instantly, Smartlead, Reachinbox, and others. You can also use the IMAP/SMTP credentials directly with any email client or custom sending infrastructure.

Unlimited* — on every plan. We price by daily sending capacity, not by number of accounts. Starter gives you 600 emails/day, Growth gives you 1,750/day, Scale gives you 6,000/day, and Enterprise gives you 12,000/day. You can split that capacity across as many accounts and domains as you want.*

Starter plan accounts send from our pre-warmed premium IP pool — IPs with established reputation so you land in inboxes from day one. Growth and above get your own dedicated static IPs with full reverse DNS, SPF, and DKIM configuration that you control. You can also add additional dedicated IPs for a small monthly fee to isolate domains or sending strategies.

When you add a domain, we automatically generate and configure all required DNS records — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX — via the Cloudflare API. If your domain uses Cloudflare, records are created automatically. For other DNS providers, we show you exactly which records to add.

We offer two sending strategies per pool: Stealth (2-4 emails/day per account — many accounts, low footprint, blends with regular traffic) and Velocity (30-40 emails/day per account — fewer accounts, maximum throughput). Each pool can have its own strategy.

Our Neural Cortex engine manages warmup automatically. It starts new accounts at conservative sending volumes and gradually increases based on real-time reputation signals — bounce rates, engagement metrics, and provider feedback loops. The AI adapts each account's ramp independently, so high-performing accounts scale faster while at-risk accounts get additional protection.

Our job is to provide high-volume email infrastructure with a clean reputation and the tools to scale your outbound while keeping it that way — and as a user, your job is to follow best practices to keep it clean. To protect our userbase, we enforce hard daily sending caps per account, warmup ramps for new accounts, and circuit breakers that auto-pause sending pools when bounce rates or complaint rates exceed our thresholds. Each client's IPs are fully isolated — one client's behavior never affects another.
